2. What we collect

• Booking data — when you book a call, you provide your name, email address, time-zone, and any notes you choose to share through the Cal.com booking widget.
• Communications — if you email us or send messages during an engagement, we receive the content of those messages and the addresses involved.
• Engagement data — for paid clients, we may process billing details, business contact information, and any data you share with us in the course of a project.
• Technical data — our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes limited request metadata such as IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps for the purposes of operating, securing, and protecting the site against abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)

• To organize calls and respond to enquiries — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To deliver paid engagements and issue invoices — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with Romanian accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To keep the site secure and operational — our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of carefully chosen processors to operate this site and our services. They act on our instructions and under appropriate data protection agreements:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery for the website.
• Cal.com, Inc. — scheduling of introductory and follow-up calls.
• Email and productivity providers — to send and store correspondence with you.
• Accounting and payment providers — to issue invoices and process payments where applicable.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. How long we keep it

• Booking and enquiry data — up to 24 months after our last interaction.
• Engagement, billing, and accounting records — for the period required by Romanian law (typically 5 years for accounting documents under Law 82/1991 as amended by Law 36/2023; longer retention applies to specific categories such as payroll records).
• Technical and security logs — short retention windows set by our hosting provider.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased, where applicable;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability, where applicable;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro — or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.
