Refund & cancellation policy

1. Introductory calls

30-minute introductory calls booked through this site are offered free of charge. You can reschedule or cancel them at any time using the link in your confirmation email; no fee applies.

2. Paid engagements

Paid engagements (advisory, implementation, or retainer work) are governed by the individual statement of work, proposal, or order confirmation agreed in writing between you and Vladata. The specific scope, fees, milestones, deposit, and cancellation terms set out in that document take precedence over this page.

Unless your engagement document specifies otherwise:

• Deposits become non-refundable once work has begun, because they secure capacity that would otherwise have been allocated to other clients.
• Work already delivered, time already spent, and third-party costs already incurred (software subscriptions, infrastructure, contractors) are billable and non-refundable.
• Either party may terminate an active engagement with 7 days' written notice. Final invoices cover all work delivered up to the effective termination date.

3. How to request a refund

Send your request to vlad@vladata.com including the invoice or order reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days, net of any non-refundable amounts described above.
