2. Acceptance

By accessing this site, booking a call, or engaging Vladata for paid work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

3. Services

Vladata provides backend engineering, automation, and infrastructure consulting and implementation services. The specific deliverables, fees, schedule, and acceptance criteria for any paid engagement are agreed separately in a written statement of work, proposal, or order confirmation. Those engagement documents, together with these Terms, form the entire agreement between you and Vladata.

4. Bookings

Introductory calls are scheduled through Cal.com. By booking, you authorize the processing of the information you submit (name, email, optional notes) for the purpose of organizing the call. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for paid engagements are set out in the corresponding engagement document. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur statutory interest under Romanian law. All fees are exclusive of VAT, where applicable.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules are described in the Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, layout, logos, code) is owned by Vladata or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.

Ownership of work product delivered under a paid engagement is governed by the relevant engagement document. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Vladata retains the right to reuse generic skills, know-how, and non-confidential building blocks developed in the course of the engagement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or our services to (a) violate any applicable law, (b) infringe third-party rights, (c) attempt to compromise the security or availability of the site, or (d) collect data about other users.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Vladata's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any paid engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you to Vladata in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. The competent courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you use the site or contract with us.
